Mas-aaah! Winter Spirituality Retreat

We will be trekking out to Mt. Rainier to spend a full Shabbat weekend together while enjoying the beauty of winter in Washington. Think yoga, snow-shoeing, meditation, Mussar, fire-side chats, and more. We will begin our weekend with a music filled Kabbalat Shabbat service and then a relaxing dinner. On Saturday morning, start your day with a music filled meditative service. The rest of Shabbat will be full of different self-care options that will include yoga, a sound bath, snowshoeing, text study, creative writing and more. We will end the day with a fire-side havdalah ceremony and intimate discussion around self-care. On Sunday morning, we will prepare breakfast together and round out the weekend with a reflective closing ceremony.
